My package arrived on time and in good condition. I have very large upper arms with loose, flabby skin (20 in. around), from weight loss. I have not been comfortable wearing sleeveless shirts, or even regular women's short sleeves, for a long time. I wear a 3x in women's tshirts from places like wally world and I got the 2x and it fits perfectly. It fits snug but not uncomfortable, very breatheable, so that I am able to wear a tshirt over it for work or working out, without my loose skin dangling. It smoothes everything out and makes it appear slimmer while supporting my loose skin. I am very happy with it.
