Need extra strap or padding

My chihuahua was heavy to carry, it was awkward carrying all the weight on one shoulder without padding so after 5 minutes the weight was causing discomfort and pain. I kept adjusting, but it was still uncomfortable. Also the V shape of the bottom of the bag causes the dog to get stuck in one spot which doesn't help.
