def Does NOT fit my Sierra. not even sure what they sent but after visiting NAPA and buying the correct one ($3 more and actually $4 less at Advance and Autozone) we pulled a bundle from stock and none fit or fit at all. fit and all fan speeds worked except #5, but the mounting tabs were badly torn, misaligned in weird places, and no mods were able to install it. You can get this part with a 2 year warranty for $18 from Autozone or Advance and $24 from Napa (10% off codes), a waste of time for me. I'm sure it will fit other models, but you won't save money by buying this one.
