Review on 🖥️ VIVO Dual 17-27 inch Pneumatic Spring Arm Clamp-on Desk Mount Stand - Max VESA 100x100, White, STAND-V102OW by Luis Blaschko

I followed the printed instructions to assemble this arm for two monitors and was dismayed to find that the arm does not support two 27" monitors as in the specification stated or shown carries in directions. Both monitors slipped out of position and fell onto the desk. The instructions say you should tighten the screws for larger monitors; This was not the case. I spoke to tech support and they suggested I unscrew the screws and lo and behold my hands are stable where I wanted them. When you loosen the screws you can feel the pneumatics being actuated - this contradicts the printed instructions and contacting tech support avoided needless hand withdrawal.
