I was surprised by the quality for the price.

Taking the reading correctly is essential; you shouldn't do it just after walking across the street, right after washing your hair, right under your hair (so there's no sweat), etc. It's important to keep your forehead dry. The thermometer recorded 38.1 degrees Fahrenheit in a child simultaneously with a mercury thermometer, therefore it clearly demonstrated the usual range for temperatures and passed the combat test. For them, as a gift, I placed an order.
