I don't know for sure whether it's like that for everyone, or if it's just me, but the pulse measures differ incredibly considerably, as do the pressures: 100 beats when recorded with a tonometer, and 72 beats when measured on the clock. In addition, the blood pressure reads 120/76 at 140/100. It's possible that this is what caused the scratching on the inside of the glass. I get the impression that this bracelet has already been returned; the packaging is crumpled, and I was even concerned that it might not power on when I tried to use it. As a result, I will process a refund.
