Update: 25-02-2019 Support contacted me to resolve the situation. They offered a free replacement or refund. I was impressed that customer service really tried to fix my problem. I think with that in mind you can just try it and see how it works for you knowing that the company backs this product and will either replace the part or refund your money. Thanks again for the good customer service! I bought this toner from i on 9/6/18 and the toner stopped working and didn't hold color (11/13/2018). I've tried all suggestions to fix this to no avail. The attached photos show the best color copy I could get. barely discernible color, and each successive color becomes lighter. This is my fourth purchase of Global Toner toner and I seem to get less and less of it with each subsequent purchase. I don't print many colors at all, so I don't feel like it plays into the image. I'll probably bite the bullet and pay for a more expensive one and see how long the original lasts compared to those that lasted less than 2 months. I am very disappointed with my last two purchases from Global Toner. *Note that the toner stats page says I have 50% left, but when I try to make a color copy it barely shows. I will try to attach photos to show actual results.
