I bought this as a replacement when I found our baby responded well to the original Baby Merlin's Magic sleepsuit that we bought for our first child. Sleep quality is still the same between the two products. The only notable difference is that this product contains significantly less padding, which can affect a child's ability to fall asleep or get back to sleep if they wake up waving their arms and legs. This was a problem for our baby at around 3-4 months but now at 5 months she is enjoying these pajamas. I'm glad I saved some money on this one.
