The Contigo lifetime guarantee is a joke!
Bought this set of mugs. One of the covers had an apparent manufacturing defect as it broke off at the edge right where the "press to erase" button is located. This causes the lid to leak, which poses a potential burn hazard when there is a hot drink in the cup. I have reported this to Contigo not once but twice with attached photos as there is a LIFETIME GUARANTEE. Contigo never bothered to reply to any of the messages. My advice: don't buy their products. Lifetime guarantee means nothing.
