Bought this set of mugs. One of the covers had an apparent manufacturing defect as it broke off at the edge right where the "press to erase" button is located. This causes the lid to leak, which poses a potential burn hazard when there is a hot drink in the cup. I have reported this to Contigo not once but twice with attached photos as there is a LIFETIME GUARANTEE. Contigo never bothered to reply to any of the messages. My advice: don't buy their products. Lifetime guarantee means nothing.

I love everything about this mug so I bought 2 more for my other family members. They worked great for a while. This special handle is very comfortable to hold and has a comfortable rubber grip. The button you have to press to release your drink is comfortable and seems placed at a natural height. I love that you can drink from either side of the lid. So if you grab the mug with your left hand, you can bring it right up to your mouth and take a sip. Same with the shot on the right. I've had this thermos for about a month now and am very happy with it. I pour my favorite hot drink into a thermos at 5:40 (what am I doing so early?) and by midday it's still nice and warm (not hot, but definitely not cold or even cool), so give or take 6 hours.
