This is the best coffee mug I've ever had. Conclusion: does what it promises. In fact, I left that mug in my office before the meeting, and when I came back six hours later, the coffee was still SMOKING. Confused by some of the negative comments. Why waste time logging into Revain and complaining instead of spending 67 seconds reading the instructions that came with it? Does the rubber on the lid taste funny? Wash the lid with soap and water before first use. AS STATED. Does the cup overflow when you put it on? Do not pour any liquid beyond the fill line. AS STATED. Yes, you'll fit almost an entire Dunkin XL (24 oz) if you hit the fill line, but this is sold as a 20 oz mug. So imagine that overflow can lead to overflow! who knew I burned myself because the coffee was too hot and/or I didn't know how to control the flow of liquid.? I'm sure that's a joke. Hot coffee is hot and this product is designed to keep it hot for a long time (which makes it better than any competitor product I've tried in 2 decades). As for usage. Uh, the "beverage slot" (sorry, I'm unfamiliar with coffee baby technical nomenclature) has the exact same shape and location as it does on any to-go coffee lid anywhere in the world. If you can't figure out how it works, go to the nearest Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks or damn McCafe and watch someone else have coffee. It's a pretty intuitive process.
