This special handle is very comfortable to hold and has a comfortable rubber grip. The button you have to press to release your drink is comfortable and seems placed at a natural height. I love that you can drink from either side of the lid. So if you grab the mug with your left hand, you can bring it right up to your mouth and take a sip. Same with the shot on the right. No need to turn the mug over or look for a hole to take a sip. The black finish is very nice. It doesn't seem to leave smudges or fingerprints. The handle is attached to the lid for easy cleaning. The mug fits perfectly in the cup holders of my Ford F150. Not too comfortable. Not too free. For a $20-$25 mug, the quality of this mug is exceptional. For those reasons - functionality, looks, feel, price and portability - I think this is the best jar with handle you can buy. !
