Terrible customer service. My remote broke the second day I used it. the treadmill works fine but it is not usable without the remote. Seems a simple enough fix but I can’t get anyone from Bigzzia to respond to my messages to get a replacement. If a machine is only going to work with the remote, it should be easier to find and replace that remote. Very frustrating.

Was extremely excited about this product. Came on time and fit perfectly. Used for about 45 mins and smelt something burning flipped the treadmill over and saw the motor band burned through the bottom panel. I tried contacting the seller and have filed for a refund as this product was unusable for me. I don’t know if I just got a bad one or what, but was quite disappointed.

I read the reviews and was excited because as promised, it was small and lightweight. The downside came when I actually plugged it in and tried to use it. I started it up and it tripped the circuit. I reset my circuit breakers and that still didn’t fix the problem. I called an electrician who said it was likely an improperly grounded outlet so I tried it in another room. Just bad. After two weeks of use I started to smell something burning when using the treadmill. One day it just would not turn on any longer. Super cheap product, I would advise spending the extra $100 on a higher quality treadmill. Customer service works in the middle of the night and is hard to communicate with but they did eventually issue a refund.

This has been working perfectly for me to walk while I work. I’m typing on a laptop all day and I’m able to walk at a 5-5.5 without an issue and it definitely gets my heart rate up. I will say I’m positive the speed is not equivalent to a regular treadmill because I’d have to jog at that speed on a full size treadmill. As far as noise, it’s about the same as your average treadmill. Not overly loud but you can hear it for sure.

This will work for general walking and is affordable. However, it randomly turns on by itself unless unplugged, the speed increases by itself while I'm using it. Good thing there is a remote, but need to be careful.

I feel like mine must be defective. I can’t seem to ever get it to turn on. I push the power button, push play, it counts down and flashes 0.0. Then I turn it off, try again, some weird UA-2 comes on the screen. If I do this long enough it eventually will turn on and go for a few minutes but it’s constantly changing speeds and will randomly shut off. This can’t be normal- if it is, this thing sucks.

This is the epitome of "made in China” garbage. I walked in this treadmill for 30 mins and by the end of the time a pile of what looked like cotton had formed under the treadmill. Upon further inspection I found the right side of the walking band had shredded underneath. I am 30 lbs under the weight limit. I already returned it and got a refund. Do not buy this treadmill.

For the cost, this product performs fine. The tread has a tendency to slide to the right, though, which causes it to grind annoyingly against the frame. Otherwise it performs as well as you would expect it to for a dirt cheap treadmill with minimal features.It's very small. The treadmill is not too heavy so it is easy to move around and store vertically on a wall. At speeds 1-4, you can read on it with ease. At speed 8-10 you can gets a brisk jog in. Its really fun and convenient. Just 10 minutes at speed 4-5 gets me around 1,000 steps. It really adds up. I’ve had this treadmill for a week so far and very happy with my purchase. I was very hesitant to buy it because it had mixed reviews, but everything is good so far! Easy to use. The only reason I am giving it 4/5 stars is sometimes it’ll get slower or faster without me changing the speed. Freaked me out the first couple times I used it, but I’m used to it now.

I have been using this treadmill daily for a week walking up to 3 miles at a time. At first I was really happy with my purchase. While walking on it today I smelled a burning smell that filled the room. I felt the top of the case and it was very hot to touch. I flipped it over and the thin plastic cover on the bottom was melted. I went back to read some more reviews and saw that others have had this issue as well. But there's had actually melted right through the plastic. So this is a big issue
