Exactly what I needed

My goal here was simply to move more and burn some extra calories. This treadmill is the perfect solution. I have been using this at my standing desk for three days. Yesterday I completed two 40-minute walking sessions while working in the office; time I would otherwise spend sitting. The muscles on my backside were even a little sore this morning which means it's working. It's quiet enough that my co-workers didn't even know I was using it until they walked by my office and saw me walking in-place. Super easy assembly. I took it out of the box, plugged it in and started using it. I tilt it up and wheel it out of the way when I'm not using it. It's very light. **My only complaint is that it appears to have a "ghost in the machine". It changes speeds on it's own and has re-started the belt after I stopped it AND turned it off. Thankfully it beeps with a speed change so I was aware and could correct it. I recommend shutting off the red switch next to the plug if you want it to stay off. It does not stay off if you use the stop or power button on the remote. This could be a setting but the translated instructions are lacking.** Totally worth it for the price, even with a few glitches. I would buy this again.

Pros
  • Provides a low-impact workout option that is gentle on your joints, making it suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels
Cons
  • The machine may quickly become boring or monotonous, leading to decreased motivation and usage
