First you will need to drill holes in the skateboard which is not ideal. The board or even 2/3 around the board contrary to the product image which shows it moving from all directions so it was a bummer but the light is pretty bright the settings on it are cool. I think the actual brightness doesn't really change that much with how many settings and also the battery life isn't too great, apparently it takes a lot of power to turn on the light and it runs twice as many batteries so again it's pretty expensive, which in turn imperfect batteries are not cheap
