I bought this because I see a periodontist every six months and a dentist every six months, so I brush my teeth every three months. I have tooth sensitivity. I bought toothpaste, mouthwash and hydrofloss concentrate. After three days of use, my teeth became sensitive. I had to stop using toothpaste and brush them with Florida toothpaste. The concentrate is brown so I don't leave water in my floss because it looks pretty rough. It leaves a slightly minty aftertaste, but doesn't taste good.
