Buyers should beware of code readers and scan tools
Autel is a 100% Chinese company and good luck dealing with them if you need it. This product was sold with 1 year of upgrades included in the purchase price from the date of activation. Your website is terrible and just takes you in circles without going anywhere. Now I'm wondering if this scanner will drop dead on 12/7/2020? Updated for 2021: DO NOT BUY. The product information must clearly state that the device is a subscription service. I understand that if you need or want to keep the latest data up to date as soon as it becomes available, you will pay for updates every two years. What's not at all clear is that this device will drop dead if it doesn't have an active subscription. There is absolutely no question of that. You buy a $350/year subscription just to keep the device active.
