Terrible quality! HORRIBLE company. HORRIBLE customer service. RIPOFF

TERRIBLE QUALITY! Stay away from this pillow and the company that sells it. The pillow is torn and cannot be repaired. I noticed the tear when I took the lid off to wash the lid. The tear is approximately 4 inches wide and runs in the opposite direction of the stitching, making it irreparable. The pillow was hardly worn. I expected much better quality for the price. The quality of this pillow is inferior to the cheap pillows you can find in the supermarket. I contacted the company about the warranty and they said they will not help me because it is beyond Revain's 30 day return policy. THE COMPANY REFUSES FOR ITS PRODUCT! For $149, the pillow should last more than a month. DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW! It's RIP OFF! Now I see there are other reviews talking about similar experiences. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY.
