I ordered these silver and gold earrings for my obsessed 3 year old princess. I thought I was buying a product that would be difficult to lose or take out as we have lost other earrings in the past. Boy was I wrong. I should have just bought cheap stuff and lost it. The back came off within the first few minutes of putting it on. I didn't think it would be a problem for screw down earrings. I figured maybe I didn't put them on properly and next time just screwed the back piece on properly. I've lost count of the number of times the spines have come loose on the first day. My daughter or I always found it but at the end of the day it came loose and we lost the whole earring. Revane gratefully took the remaining earring and sent a new pair. We're just watching them like a hawk. Maybe I had a bad pair the first time because we didn't have that much trouble with the second pair. I'm still not sure if these are the best screw back earrings. We definitely have other couples that wear better than this one. On the plus side, they are very cute. My daughter always gets lots of compliments.
