Auto shut off in kitchen and dining room

I bought this on October 20, 2020. Today, 11 months later, when I plug in the kettle to heat water, the appliance turns off before the water boils (and the automatic switch doesn't turn off). If you leave the device plugged in, it will turn back on and start boiling water again. Please do not leave the device plugged in after heating the water. This can pose an electric shock hazard.
