I was so glad to have them. I try to keep it on me when I go out in public with my dog. When we have access issues I give this card to companies so they can keep it and hopefully educate themselves and their staff. It's also really nice because sometimes when I'm in an episode and I'm having a hard time communicating, or someone refuses to listen, then if I give them this card, they can look for ADA laws as well. I have also given this to a person who is about to get a service dog for their child so she too can learn more about ADA and it really helped her understand something she was unsure about.
