These pillows just aren't for me. They are too hard for me and do not open to take out the filling and adjust the filling. They are too high so my neck hurts after a few hours of sleep. I tried again last night and I think it's ok to lay with my head but when I woke up in the morning my head hurt and my neck hurt too. When the pillow compresses it becomes hard which is why I think I have a headache. After the compression (from the weight of my head) I feel like I'm lying on a rock. I threw the pillow away, put two of my old soft pillows under my head and fell asleep immediately. Much better. I'm sorry people. I don't like giving bad reviews. I'd love to return them too, but I threw away all the packaging so I guess I'll stick with them. I would mention two advantages of these pillows in that they are great for making the bed because they are nice and fluffy without leaving any head marks. They are also great for reading in bed.
