These gloves are really warm. We were outside for a while and my hands were cold so we went in and I took off her mittens and her hands were warm almost hot! My daughter doesn't mind them and actually holds them unlike other gloves. I thought without thumbs she wouldn't like it because she can't grab things but she really likes them, she puts them on with no problem and has never taken them off (yet). She has worn them several times and always 5 stars. My favorite part is that you can easily turn them inside out when washing to dry them completely, eliminating the stinky smell of wet gloves.
