I'm 6ft 4in and weigh 180lbs with a 15 or 15.5 neck. Medium suits me perfectly (although I haven't washed the shirt yet). It's long enough and big enough. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on the fit - otherwise I would never have risked ordering a medium size which would normally be too tight and too short. Very happy with this great value, well fitting and beautiful shirt. Here's a tip. Head over to Etsy and spend a few bucks on a tiny Lacoste alligator-sized embroidered patch. I ironed one where the crocodile goes and that makes the shirt unique. My patch is a little dinosaur. Now I have to buy another shirt to use the other patch I bought little porcupine.
