Bought a skirt for my 4 year old daughter's school uniform. She is very petite 4 For reference I found a pair of school shorts on sale that were 3T and fit her perfectly. I bought her 4 in this skirt and it fits her small hips perfectly and the band is stretchy so she will most likely be in there for a full year without outgrowing it.
