My daughter and I bought these socks for training and we both love them! The thickness is just right - thick enough for cushioning but not so cushioned that the shoes are tight. I ordered the plus size socks and they fit us both well. The waistband length is great (enough with the low cutouts that slide under your heel when you work out!) and the bamboo fiber material is super soft and comfortable.
