I've bought a lot of NATO straps. They were all made from non-stretch webbing-like material. Inevitably, one hole is too loose and the next too tight. I ended up switching back and forth a lot and fumbling with my harness. No longer. The elastic in this strap is enough to move my watch on my wrist to where I want it, but then it stays firmly in place with no tension. If you really want it, it will even stretch enough (with the right amount of effort) that you can completely remove the watch without opening it (although I don't recommend that). While staying comfortable. I will order more.
