El Camino on casters for cymbal

They are solidly built and I have no doubt they can handle the rated load. MOVING the rated load is another matter. The castor bearings are quite durable. There are no bearings on the wheel axles. I used them at just under 800 pounds. However, the transport over the smooth concrete basement floor proved to be quite a challenge. Once in place I had to unload the straightener to spin the wheel. Attempting to turn the thumbwheel with a screwdriver or wrench proved almost useless as there was nothing to lean on. If you have a tool that's optimized for turning the thumbwheel, alignment will probably be easier. Conclusion: If you need roles, get roles. If you need leveling feet, please buy leveling feet. If you move once and level once, that might be fine. Otherwise, like El Camino, they're the crossroads of Bad Truck and Bad Car.
