I've already shared these ideas and some product direction recommendations with Gavin at Nourished Essentials. He's great at getting feedback. These lids are very very useful and fill a big hole in my kitchen. When I'm making a pot of broth and pouring it into glasses rather than holding a heavy pitcher and splashing it across the countertop, the handle and limited pour spout are great. The same goes for whey left over from a serving of Greek yogurt. I don't do much filter brewing, so I don't know if these filters will be useful anymore. I look forward to the moment in the life of the product when I can just grab the fermentation caps rather than the whole set.
