Good intentioned but poor in execution
I had intended to use to intensify training workouts and running. One run in and I knew this vest was not for me. The shoulder straps had loose stitching that dig into my shoulder and when I ran the shoulder straps would slide wider and wider. There needs to be a clip or fastener near the top to keep it together and keep from distracting. In addition, the loose stitches were pretty painful.
- The vest is lightweight, allowing for maximum mobility and freedom of movement during workouts
- May not provide enough resistance for advanced users
