So I bought a mobile home that has been in use since 2007, maybe longer. Smells awful. I don't know exactly what it smells like, but my guess is mice. Tried everything to make it better. They even paint the affected areas, which helps for six months. I tried all different urine neutralizers, everything worked but nothing worked. That's how I came across this product and the price wasn't crazy. I bought it and am very happy with it so far. So initially when I had to rate it 100% badly a year ago and up to 20% before use. I stayed with it for six months. It's now down to around 5% if you're using the pack, which is significantly better than ever. No it hasn't, and it's only been a few days, but so far it's working better than anything else at the moment. It has a very mild scent and doesn't bother me or my picky wife. The time will show.
