Bad customer service

I LOVED this pump but after just a few short days one of my pumps lost battery life and would only hold charge for maybe 5 minutes after contacting customer service for either a full refund (so I could repurchase it) or a replacement they denied it and would only offer me 50% back. I am pretty disappointed.
