the water is wet! in Electrical Wire
One of my reels has been underwater for a while!. When streaks appeared on the cover, water dripped from the brown inner paper. Checked a few points in the reel anyway. Salvaged flood damaged stock being sold as new. The inspector would fail if used in our new build. I had to cut it open and throw it in the bin in front of it before it left the site. I would not trust this seller anymore.
