Review on Aodaer Rectangle Pastry Serving Tray by Johnny Black

Bought these "semi-finished" trays for gifts. They are light, strong enough, but terrible for burning wood. I understand they are unfinished but apparently they have some kind of decoration. I tried light sanding, which reduced the shine, but they lost some of the grain of the wood and were almost impossible to use for wood burning. I have used different types of wood in the past but never had the problems I had with this wood. I'm still trying to save her to give.
