Good product! best in gym equipment

A few years ago I bought a dribbling stick and found it to be a really great piece of exercise equipment. My son wasn't until 4th or 5th grade when he started using it and the first thing he taught him was to keep the ball low and really hit the basketball. The immediate feedback the sticks gave made him very frustrated, but he began to understand the reasons for hard dribbling. You can't be a lazy dribbler with this tool. If you are lazy, this tool will quickly change your dribbling habits. My son is now in 9th grade and regularly uses a dribble stick. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Coach Luke organized a four-week stick riding competition that my son attended. It was a great opportunity to do some really hard dribbling practice and improve my grips. I can say that four weeks of 15 minutes of daily racquet training has paid off in his ball handling skills. He is much more confident with the ball. I was a big fan of this product a few years ago and am even more impressed with the redesign. Although we have the first version of the Dribble Stick, I might buy the 2.0 Dribble Stick because it's easier to carry and install. The Dribbling Stick is ideal for individual or group training. It's great for all ages but probably best for 4th graders and up. I highly recommend this product.
