I bought this laptop mainly because of the price and the beautiful blue color that my husband likes. I will mainly be using it for checking email, billing and watching YouTube! It was packed enough, but not with superfluous literature. I like that it's slim, light and compact. Setting up this laptop was quick and easy, about 10-15 minutes, and it connected to the internet/bluetooth with ease. You will need an Outlook account to continue and set this up. If not, you can set it up during setup and will be prompted to sign in with your Outlook (email) account. I already had one, so I just log into my existing account. The computer comes with Windows 10S and in my opinion it is a bit different from Windows 10. The system has 128 GB of memory and is upgradable. up to 1TB. You can purchase a micro SD card up to 512GB to add storage, but 128GB seems like a lot to me. You can always add a larger one later. You just need to transfer your data from one SD card to another. To install an SD card, simply insert it into the small slot. Be sure to push it all the way in. It will be kind of a click. To take it out just click on it again and it spits it out and you just pull it out all the way. It has 3 USB ports and a mini HDMI port. You can save documents to OneDrive (online i.e. in the cloud) (you'll need to set this up if you don't have one) or you can save it locally on your system). I haven't tried installing software from a physical hard drive, so I don't know if it's possible. You will need an external CD/DVD drive connected via USB as the system does not have a drive. There are many ways to personalize it and make it more personal. The battery also has a long lifespan (over 7 hours) and it doesn't take that long to fully charge. You can hover over the battery at the bottom of the screen and see the remaining charge percentage and hours. It features a 14-inch Full HD IPS display, IPS means In-Plane Switching, LED display panel technology (a form of LCD). IPS panels boast the best colors and viewing angles among other major types of display panels. One of my favorite features of this laptop is the webcam anti-spy cover. You can just open them when you use them and just close them when you're done. Equipped with an Intel Celeron J3455 quad-core processor. Its base operating frequency is 1.5 GHz/s and increases to 2.3 GHz in burst mode. It is great for surfing, watching videos and streaming. It comes preloaded with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM that can reach clock speeds of up to 4267MHz, which is impressive considering the operating voltage is much lower compared to its predecessor. Contains three USB 3.0 ports, an Ethernet port, a Micro SD card port, HDMI, VGA and an audio output. Reliable. I highly recommend this notebook.
