A MUST for people with plantar fasciitis or heel pain.

If you just found out you have Plantar or Achilles Tendonitis, read this review. I'm quite active, I run on a treadmill in the mornings. Then I got pain in the soles of my feet and in my heels, especially when I got up in the morning. I kept exercising and the pain got pretty bad. It got to the point that after practicing and attending my son's baseball practice, I had to stick my feet in an ice bucket. I have studied and tried the following: stretching, icing, shoe inserts, roll bar of nimble feet, foam rolling by running my feet over a golf ball to stretch it. And Advile. Lots of advice. Other things helped, but this boot really made the biggest difference and eventually healed him. Knowing what I know now, I would do all of these except for the foam roller. too much pain for me You must be vigilant in this matter and recover from injuries as much as possible. I wore them a few times at night when it was really bad but they are bulky so I mostly wore them in the morning when I was having coffee before work and in the evening when I was watching TV at the end of the day. My 11 year old is active in football, rugby and just about every other sport. About two weeks ago he started complaining about heel pain. Research tells me he probably has Sever's Syndrome or Achilles tendinitis. I immediately ordered two of my boots (guy's little) for him and he started wearing them. After that and a two-week sports break, there was a clear improvement. He got icy too. Some say the boot doesn't drop the heel all the way down and I see a few of them but not to the point where it doesn't work. I just adjusted and tightened them to make them fit better. Maybe others have the wrong size. Do not ignore the symptoms and start treatment as soon as possible. Although my pain is almost completely gone, I still wear boots to prevent it from returning.
