Although I really like the size and the feel of the bag, it needs more inner pockets and better zipper materials. Maybe it's just a defect in my bag, but I was on holiday in Amsterdam when the zipper broke. While this didn't render him useless, it did make traveling with him excruciating for the next three weeks. Especially when visiting places that take time to open for inspection and that was all over London and Paris. In addition, the bag feels great, has ventilation and padding, which is very much appreciated.
