I haven't used it much since I found the best anti-fog products in the store. However, it is convenient and does not require the use of sprays. I keep it in my purse and it's winter now. So when I have to wear masks and go inside the building to keep the cold out, my glasses fog up and this fabric helps to wipe away the fog and keep it from getting too foggy. I'd say it still fogs up a bit, but at least I can see through it.
