Got a showerhead and the first thing I did was remove the mesh and the water restricting plug which 90 percent of the population doesn't know about and the only thing to do to remove it is screw in a screw plug. To avoid damaging the shower head, use pliers and pull straight out. Now your water bill will go up, but you will have water pressure like never before. After that I installed a teflon tape shower head and given its size it covers a 10x8 shower really well. Wow, damn pressure!
