I really like that all of our extension lines are connected to one main number (we use it for both internal offices). It also makes voicemail forwarding very easy! We can't seem able get callers from outside areas transferred over easily though. Make sure your caller ID settings match what you want - we had issues when people called in without knowing they were calling us even if their area code was correct but not ours!! Also make certain there's no hold music or greeting during transfers/when transferring calls internally within COEO since this drives me crazy every time someone does so incorrectly haha :) Definitely worth trying out at least once before deciding whether its right fit fo ryou; otherwise just pick up another solution instead unless cost doesnt matter much ;) solving problems related business continuity such has missing employees due too sicknesses etc.
