Most heavy-duty reels are expensive. But I don't think you can beat them for the money. I have them on a 54x96 inch workbench. The whole assembly probably weighs 400 pounds and they work great. The locking mechanism locks both the wheel and the pivot so it doesn't move at all when locked. Also good positive leverage, not soft like shifters. There is a little play in the bearing race as these are all stamped/maintenance free ball bearings so I don't expect them to last incredibly long. Although I would buy them again.
