Review on πŸ’Ž Ultimate Protection: ZAGG InvisibleShield Glass Screen Protector for iPad mini/ iPad mini 3 by Serotonin Collazo

Revainrating 3 out of 5

was static packed

I was hoping for a decent install as it was an expensive part. I had the screen as clear as I could get with nothing showing on it, but the tempered glass itself had static from the plastic bag it was wrapped in and most likely other plastic that was wrapped that was pulling up little black dots from there. on the sticky side. I was able to chase a few that bounced off my fingers as they approached when they weren't stuck to the sticky and then had to pry them off as best I could and that left some stains but bearable since they didn't show up when the screen is on. I also have three spots (two on the top right of the camera hole and near the top right corner and one in the bottom left corner) that won't stick no matter how hard I rub them. I also think it doesn't fit the iPad Mini 3 well as it could be made tighter so you don't have a lot of space around the edges. I finally figured out that the small black bits are from the black cloth being wiped across the screen. So basically, this review is a major annoyance because the item itself is good, but it doesn't even come close to the asking price. I assumed it would have two pieces of tape to hold the screen in place before removing the plastic on the sticky side, but it had a large piece of plastic on the non-stick side and you had to peel off the sticky coating and then smooth it out air and smooth. . Everything would be fine if he didn't pull all those little bits of who he was to the sticky side.
