I don't care. I've checked my face for signs that it offers "deep hydration" but I can't see it. And I've been using it for a while now, hoping that its moisturizing properties need to be boosted. But nothing. Applying this toner is easy: it's odorless, weightless and non-sticky. Application requires effort: shaking the drops from the bottle takes a lot of time because for some reason the bottle doesn't really want to dispense them. Bottle with a fine spray.
