I could do more and want to try a new type. They are very thick and very durable! My others are thin and a bit stiff - they're pretty flexible for their thickness and weight. These pouches were odorless upon receipt, easy to wash and roll well into a tall storage container. I find the zip a little less practical than the regular zip, but it has a very strong hold and seals. , and I like being able to partially and securely seal liquid fill pouches when serving soup. They are good for both my freezer and warmth. One of my old ones melted a bit when I threw a hot baking mat in the sink with it lol. I look forward to trying them in vacuum soon. The other items included in the 17-piece set are also very useful: I like wax wraps for leftover sandwich halves or chopped tomato or onion pieces for the next day. Silicone lids are great for covering jelly or a bowl of homemade bone broth in the fridge to chill it, and when I tested the smaller lid on a cup of water I had to shake quite a bit vigorously to get it off. I will also use them to cover cookie dough while it chills in the fridge and to carry meals to meetings. , as well as for other light dishwashing. The only thing that worries me is that the drying rack/bag holder is flimsy. This is a very good idea, but the base is arched, thin, and hollow which makes this stand sag a bit, especially when the arms are stretched out. If the base was strong, or at least weighted, it would function much more efficiently. Still enjoy using it and will find something to glue to the bottom to keep it stable. The lovely little carrying case that this set comes in is lovely too! The zipper is smooth, the fabric is strong and this bag feels damn strong! I will be using it as a reusable fruit crate bag as the items in this set are already tucked away elsewhere for storage. I am very happy with this set of reusable bags and think the current price of 14.99 is pretty fair for everything you get.
