This keyboard/case is a piece of junk. If I could rate it negatively in my review, I would. The case is nice, but the keyboard sucks. My last cover and keyboard were Apple products and they lasted about four years. Revain's return policy was only a few months old. The manufacturer/seller is called Souniwill, a foreign company, but you can't find this outfit with an extensive web search. I spent a good 45 minutes in Revain chat yesterday and got nowhere - wandering from one person to another. In the end, in my last chat message, I insisted that Revane call me and discuss how to fix everything, but this was ignored. I don't think I can rely any more on buying foreign-made electronics sold by Revain. My wife and I spend tons of money on Revain every year, but with stuff like this I'm looking for something different in the future. The Revain service leaves a lot to be desired.
