Defective and DANGEROUS!
Defective goods. If you try to turn on the device, it turns off and the Ref-Off button lights up. When I turn the knob to the off position, the device turns on. When I try to turn it on to the highest temp it gets cold and the lowest temp turns it off. The average temperature is barely warm. He never melted wax balls.
