They fit perfectly and are very comfortable, all shoes are mostly mesh so they breathe very well. They are like socks with a rubber pad at the bottom, I am about 220 and they are great, these are my everyday shoes now, have had them for a few months and the quality is still holding up, no ripping, ripping or so falling apart they come apart easily slip on and off, but thanks to the elastic mesh, they hold the foot and don't slip while walking or running. Great for training (running/running) 10/10 overall and when this pair wears out I will be buying another pair of the same
