Review on 12-Pack, 4 oz Amber Round Glass Jars by Vivaplex - Includes Inner Liners and Black Lids by Janett Schweizer

These dark brown glass jars are strong and won't break. They are the perfect size for storing skin care products such as lotion, cream, serum or body scrub. The screw caps are also neat, except for the foam padding on the bottom. I just ordered bottles from another company with similar problems. Some of the foam looks ok. But some caps have the foam rubber crooked, half pushed in, half pushed out. You will see what I mean in the picture. It might be a little hard to spot, but it's evident in person. There is space between the foam insert and the inside of the lid so that water and moisture get stuck there. This can easily lead to mold, which is terrible for your DIY leather goods. When I press on some of the earbuds after washing and drying, water is still squeezed out from under them. Otherwise, they are really nice glass bottles, very dark in color, which are great for essential oil products. But I can't rely on using these jars to store skincare products due to the uncomfortable and exposed foam lining.
