These long sleeve tops are great for outdoor activities without breaking a sweat. Now I'm older, I'm 38 years old and I understand that the sun is dangerous. In countries where it is always very hot, it is not without reason that they wear long sleeves and cover their skin with light clothing. It's perfect for that. I have some tattoos on my arm and it helps protect it as well. It's a great option for fishing, golfing and whatever else you enjoy doing outside in the sun. If you did that too, you are probably 100 percent protected. I still don't blush, tan or get any sun effects in this shirt.
